At El Quadrado, each piece is thoughtfully curated to reflect craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design. For this reason, we do not offer refunds.

We accept exchanges for store credit only, applicable to purchases made both in-store and online.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The request must be made within 15 days of purchase or delivery.

• Items must be in brand new, unworn, and unused condition.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Any sign of wear, damage, or alteration gives us the right to deny the exchange.

Once the item has been inspected and approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned piece.

Please note that sale items and special collaborations are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
